Christopher Yoson
Christopher Yoson represents individuals and businesses with complex federal and state tax matters involving business structuring, sales and succession, executive benefits (including nonqualified deferred compensation – IRC 409A), estate planning and advanced wealth transfer, probate and life insurance transactions.

During his 25 year legal career, Christopher has served clients in a number of roles, including as a private-practice attorney, as in-house counsel to several prominent insurance brokerage firms and as a tax and technical consultant to the clients of those firms.
